Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

All refund requests must be submitted to inquiries on the Solana Beach Cardinals website.

• Refunds requested before evaluations, tryouts and/or when teams have been formed will be refunded 100% of the registration fee and the tryout fee (if applicable) minus a $50 processing fee.
• Refunds requested within 3 calendar days of the first team practice will be refunded 60% of total fees paid for the current season.
• There will be NO refund after the3rd calendar day from the first day of practice.
• Players asked to leave the team for code of conduct violations will receive NO refund.
• We are unable to refund any fees for missed practices, games or tournaments.
• In cases of extenuating circumstances, refunds will be granted solely at the discretion of Solana Beach Cardinals administrator.
